Your business data never leaves your computer. For server data, we use industry-standard encryption and secure hosting on Railway. SMS messages are transmitted via Twilio's encrypted infrastructure.

When a dispatcher sends a route confirmation, the driver's phone number is transmitted to Twilio to deliver the SMS. We do not use driver phone numbers for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than dispatch-related route notifications. Drivers can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by requesting removal through their company administrator. Message and data rates may apply.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Your local business data is entirely under your control.

MilesOn is designed for business use and is not intended for children under 18.
