📋 Key Terms

Pay-per-use pricing with no subscriptions. Pay with credits (credit card) or BSV (50% off). You're responsible for verifying tax data accuracy. Your business data stays on your device.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MilesOn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MilesOn for your personal or business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Payment Options

MilesOn offers two ways to pay for features:

Option 1: Credit System (Credit Card)

Purchase credits via credit card: $1 = 1 Credit
Use credits to pay for features at standard pricing
First-time purchasers receive 10 bonus credits
Used credits and bonus credits are non-refundable

Option 2: BSV Direct Payments (50% Off)

Load BSV into your in-app wallet
Pay directly for features using BSV - no credits needed
All features cost 50% less compared to credit payments
BSV wallet funds are non-refundable due to blockchain transaction finality

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Application for illegal purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Share your account credentials
Reverse engineer or decompile the Application

6. SMS Messaging

MilesOn SMS Route Confirmations

Dispatchers may send route confirmation messages to drivers via SMS
Messages are sent to driver phone numbers entered by the company administrator
SMS costs 0.5 credits or equivalent BSV per message sent
Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity
Message and data rates may apply
Drivers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

7. Data Accuracy

Important: YOU are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all IFTA reports, tax calculations, and data generated by the Application before submitting to any government agency. MilesOn is a tool to assist with calculations - it is NOT a substitute for professional tax or accounting services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its code, design, and content, is our property and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your business data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or tax penalties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MilesOn from any claims arising from your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited. Your local business data remains on your device.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MilesOn after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
